KSBI's New Mixing Control System

General Information

KSBI’s new Mixing Control System features an individual IBM-compatible
processor; full color graphic 14” monitor; onboard DRAM; hard drive; 3-1/2”
floppy drive and CD drive.

The onboard DRAM provides a comfortable environment for multi-tasking
operations. The hard drive provides enough capacity to store precious data,
such as mixing recipe/compound, mixing schedule and mixing results. Both
the DRAM and the hard drive are user-expandable.

The color-detailed report will bring one a visual environment in which to
analyze mixing data for every batch. Results can be exported to .csv or .dbf
file format for further analysis.

KSBI can also provide an optional Ether Net high-speed network card for
remote SPC-SQC data analysis, data input and printout.
