1. Compound Data Screen
Provides an editing environment of compound mixing cycle specifications. It has a maximum of 16 charging step and 16 user-programmable mixing step conditions, using a combination of TIME, TEMPERATURE, KWH and HP(KW) with hopper door, ram, dust cover and discharge door motion. The high/low alarm setting automatically monitors the propriety of each batch.

2. Mixing Schedule Screen
Provides an editing and executing environment for the mixer day schedule, which can be up to 90 lots, with a maximum of 99 batches per lot. On-line modification is available (change compound name, batch number, lot order, etc.). Single lot mixing without scheduling is also available.

3. Mixing Screen
Provides a time base of TEMPERATURE, KWH and HP(KW); two spare input trend graphs and a large scale digital meter for TIME, TEMPERATURE, KWH and HP(KW); all on the same screen. The user can choose the colors for each graph and digital meter for easy identification.

4. Test Mixing Screen
Realizes self-data/motion acquisition and feedback programming. Manual mixing operations using this feature generates mixing step condition, charging time, etc. automatically with trend graph. All the mixing conditions can be fed back as mixing compound data.

5. Mixing Result Screen
Recalls mixing step condition and trend graph in alphabetical or chronological order and/or using a wild card. Results can be exported to a .csv or .dbf file format for further analysis.

6. System Utilities
Provides various system settings. User configurable settings are:

• Analog Input (4) and Output (2) Scaling
• Spare Analog (2) and Digital (2) Output Usage
• Mixing Compound / Mixing Schedule / Mixing Result Storage Drive / Path
• Trend Graph / Digital Meter Color for Each Process Value
