Mixer is driven by 250 HP, 1750 RPM DC motor with DC SCR drive. Rotor speed is 0~50 RPM. Ratio between rotors 1.15:1.

IMPROVED MIXING QUALITY

ECONOMIX®’s rotor design with larger wing length ratio of :1.75 provides better dispersion and productivity. The result is a more uniform batch temperature and superior batch-to-batch consistency.

SUPERIOR ROTOR CONSTRUCTION

One-piece cast steel rotor construction is stronger and more durable than a blade welded rotor, eliminating leakage from weld lines between shaft and wing.

IMPROVED COOLING EFFICIENCY

The cooling jacket is made of solid cast steel and features a larger surface for maximum cooling efficiency. Leakage of cooling water, which may occur in welded jacket type, is eliminated. Better and more durable cooling--a KSBI design exclusive.

EASY-TO-USE STANDARD CONTROLS

Pedestal-mounted operator control panel is standard equipment with ECONOMIX®. The easy-to-use, simplified panel controls all basic machine functions. Safety interlocks protect operator and machine, and batch is protected from over-mix with exclusive audible alarm. Kobelco's NMC Automated Mixing Control System is available as an option.
