KSBI's mechanical tire presses, “CUREX-B”, are available in a wide variety of sizes from 864mm (34”) (internal diameter of heat shield) for motorcycle tires to the 2540mm (100”) model (nominal diameter of steam box) for large off-the-road tires.

KSBI's hydraulic tire presses were developed in response to tire manufacturers strong requirement for better tire uniformity, less energy consumption, higher productivity and longer life of segmented mold containers. Press sizes from 1067mm (42”) to 1651mm (65”) (internal diameter of heat shield) are available.
