The Model TB-UXO-P2 Production Type Tire Uniformity Machine for truck and bus tires is an on line, fully automatic machine designed to provide capabilities for testing, classifying and marking truck and bus tires for radial and lateral force variation. It can be equipped with such options as radial and lateral runout measurement unit, radial first harmonic high point marker, automatic rim width adjustment system, automatic rim changing system, and other utility functions. This machine can handle 17.5 to 24.5 inch bead diameter tires with maximum outside diameter of 1,254mm and maximum cross section width of 550mm. Drum is precisely machined to 1,600.2 mm in diameter and has 550mm coated face width.
