BB-16 Intensive Mixer

Equipment Description

Mixer Drive
Mixer is driven by a 250 HP, 1750 RPM (with field weakening from 1150 RPM) DC motor. Gearbox is equipped with a unique feature which allows for either an even speed (1:1) or friction speed (1.15:1) ratio between the dual output shafts which are directly coupled to the mixer rotors. Rotor speeds are 0-120 RPM.

Dust Stop

Process Oil Injection
Mixer is equipped with an air injection process oil system whereby oil is injected directly into mixing chamber side. Preheating of oil is not currently available.
